Booking Conditions
Collection from Thongsala is free for bookings of 3 nights or more.
The minimum stay at full moon is 4 nights. 4 nights will be charged at the full moon rate and any additional nights at either the high season or low season price depending upon the dates booked.
The minimum stay at Christmas is 5 nights and at New Year 7 nights.
Extra beds are not available however there and many rooms catering for 2, 3, 4 and 5 guests.
All prices are INCLUSIVE of breakfast and inclusive of taxes and service charges.

Full moon week is defined as full moon party night plus the 3 days before and the 3 days after full moon week.
Half Moon Party Promotion
Free half moon party taxi for bookings of 2 nights or more.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Cancellation notice required of 48 hours notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Peak Season and Full Moon : Cancellation notice of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
4. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
5. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
